Strength & Conditioning

Basketball is a physically demanding sport.  To play the sport, players must be in the best physical shape possible and must condition their body for the stress it will be put under.

The camps are unique in that they combine basketball training with highly specialized strength and conditioning training.

The year-round camps are designed and instructed by certified Personal Trainers.  Athletes will be taught the importance of dynamic warm-up, endurance training, overall co-ordination training and specific strength exercises to enhance players overall athleticism. Athletes will acquire a variety of skills and an understanding of what it means to train successfully.

The Strength and Conditioning camp is for young athletes who wish to further enhance their athletic skills and learn techniques proven to enhance performance.

Skill Level:

Beginner, Intermediate or Advanced (ability to handle 1.5 hours of intense personal development training each session).
